HR reporting
When you have the need to develop reports with content from different sources, like such as payroll, time sheets, P & L information and other management reports, we will work with you to design and deliver reports according to your requirements. We promote the concept of self service reports, enabling you make changes to the reports to address specific requirements.

We will also work with you to identify areas that are not covered by current reports and which will add value to the organisation, for example, leave and sick leave patterns or long service leave accruals.

Compensation modelling
We can develop models with the capacity to model for different positions, grades and steps, employment (Union) agreements, allowances, incentive schemes, profit share, benefits, etc. These models can be viewed by employment category, department, position or employee, regardless of the size of the organisation.

Exit interviews provide organisations with a wealth of data that can be used to contribute to increased staff retention. These interviews may highlight areas that require improvement within the organisation, but may also highlight areas of strength.
