Nel Botha, MCom, ACA(NZ), GCMA

Managing Director

Nel is passionate about analytics and its application to real life business challenges. He draws from his accounting background, his experience in software deployment and the application of analytics in all aspects of planning in a business environment. He enjoys taking a challenge through from the identification of a business problem to a successful outcome, and is not afraid to get stuck into a project if required.

Before Nel joined PlanPro, he was the co-founder of the BI firm, Cortell New Zealand in 1998 (later renamed after his departure to Mindfull). Here he gained extensive experience in management insight through modelling and Business Intelligence for large corporates. His industry experience includes IT and Professional services, mining, manufacturing, Not for Profit and Education.

Nel is also a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand and a Business Mentor with Business Mentors New Zealand.

 

Inel Peacock, BA

Client Solution Specialist

After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree, Inel spent four and a half years consulting in the Business Intelligence space. This experience has given her a focus to work with clients to turn data into useful information to aid in decision making. This translates and aligns neatly with the PlanPro offering in the HR space. Recent developments in the last few years have made it possible, and proved it powerful, to take HR data and convert it into useful information.

Having worked closely with multiple clients in various aspects of the project life cycle, Inel has developed the ability to balance various clients and their needs, ensuring that each client is well looked after, and that each solution is of value, meeting clients’ specific requirements.

 

Chris Jones, BA

Sales Consultant

Chris thrives on being the client manager for organisations with a drive to leverage a smarter approach to optimise their people, reduce risk and grow their business. He has a depth of experience across a variety of industries, including public sector, finance, education and health. He enjoys working across people, process, data and technology capabilities with the focus on contributing towards the targeted future state and business outcomes.

Prior to joining PlanPro, Chris managed a variety of client accounts and project teams, both in the UK and NZ, with global software providers such as Oracle and IBM, as well as local business intelligence consultancies and context data providers.

He believes that the world class technology used, the PlanPro methodology and consulting services, combined with his industry expertise, delivers a compelling solution for accelerating the roadmap to information maturity.

Sarah Bailey, BSC, PG Dip Sci

HR Consultant

Sarah has a broad range of HR experience in medium to large organisations across a variety of sectors including public, private, not for profit and professional services. Her skill set covers the whole HR life cycle from recruitment to exit and everything in between. During her time in HR, Sarah encountered first hand the challenges of manual time consuming processes, information silos and reactive “fire fighting” faced by HR practitioners.

Armed with both her HR expertise and knowledge of the industry pain points, Sarah is passionate about helping our clients find and implement solutions that tangibly improve their HR service and integration with the wider business.

 

Wiekus Lusse, BCom

Product Manager

Wiekus’ career spans over more than 30 years in the ICT environment, equipping him with an array of skills and experience. With local and international experience in technology, telecommunications and data centre services, he has proven his proficiency as a product manager and developer, project manager, capital investment analyst, pricing and viability specialist, as well as the area of business planning. Here at PlanPro, Wiekus is responsible for the product development and management of some exciting initiatives we have on the go, establishing a HR technology portfolio that makes it easier for organisations of all sizes to embrace HR technology. Make sure to watch this space!

He is passionate about health and fitness, and when he’s not at work managing PlanPro product development, you’ll find him participating in a number of different sports activities.

Bryce Cummock, MSc(Hons), GDiplInfSci

Technical Lead

Bryce has 20 years of software design, development and consulting experience, predominantly across financial institutions and software + SaaS vendor organisations, within New Zealand and the UK/Europe. His technical background has focused on systems integration, including in the Cloud, while encompassing full-stack design and development of web-based solutions.

Bryce is passionate about keeping up-to-date with new and emerging technology trends that face the industry. Of particular interest is evaluating how these can best be used for exploring new business opportunities, as well as addressing present business and technical challenges. At PlanPro Insight, Bryce’s focus is how to best utilise the advantages of Cloud Computing to help promote the implementation of scalable, robust and highly-modular software. Adopting best-practices and standards is key to facilitate easy integration with 3rd-party analytic and specialist services, to provide comprehensive HR solutions with best-of-breed capabilities.

Ina Botha, BA, Dip Museum

Director

Ina has always enjoyed working with people and building relationships. Her background varies from engagements around people and books as a librarian, people and antiques when she worked in museums, people and personal challenges at Victim Support, people and volunteering at a church office and later people at work as an HR manager in the private sector.

She thrives on the challenges that come with managing HR processes, such as recruitment, staff development, performance reviews, reward programs, staff surveys, etc. Ina also focuses on the documentation of these processes, as well as establishing HR policies, from the ground up if required. During her time in the private sector, she realised the need for a centralised platform to manage these services and was instrumental in establishing PlanPro.
